Alright Brewers,
The time is almost upon us, this will be our last meeting to get ready for the SCHF at Lake Casitas!! We hope everyone has been brewing and getting ready to really hold our own at the fest. if anyone needs any help with anything please reach out to your fellow club members. We are all here to help everyone brew beer and make the best beer you can. Lets do our best to be ready around 5:30 so we can get started as we have a very busy meeting this month.
The meeting on Sunday April 14th will be a very busy one. We will be holding a C.O.C. for Extract beers. This Competition covers BJCP categories 1-23 where 50% or more of fermentable sugars come from malt extract. Here is a link to the AHA site. This comp will be like all of the other club comps for the COC. Paid members only.
We will also host a short club comp for the SCHF at Lake Casitas to choose our club representative for the Bragging Rights Only comp on friday night at the SCHF. We will hold this one "Best of Show" style. This is for paid members only also, and you will need to be able to provide some beer to pour on saturday at the SCHF.
We have our spread sheet set up for the club beers. please update with what you are going to bring to the SCHF.
